Configuring TP-Link MR-3020
If reconfiguring device start at step 1.
If configuring for the first time, plug in device and skip to step 2.
1. Push the reset button on front of device for 15 seconds
2. Make sure device is set to WISP.
3. On your laptop or smart phone connect to the device using the SSID and password written on the back or side.
4. After connecting to device, input 192.168.0.254 in the address field end press enter.

Initial Device Configuration

Reset TP-Link MR-3020

Press and hold the reset button on the front of the device for 15 seconds to restore factory defaults.

Set WISP Mode

Ensure the device's switch is set to the WISP position for wireless internet connection.

Connect Client Device

Connect your laptop or smartphone to the device using the SSID and password found on the device's label.

Access Router Interface

Input the IP address 192.168.0.254 into your web browser's address field and press Enter.

Quick Setup Wizard

Login Credentials

Enter 'admin' for both username and password, then click Login to access the router settings.

Initiate Quick Setup

Click the 'Next' button to begin the Quick Setup process for internet and wireless configuration.

Configure WAN Connection Type

Select 'Dynamic IP' as the WAN connection type if your ISP uses DHCP for IP assignment.

MAC Address Cloning

Choose 'No, I do NOT need to clone MAC address' unless experiencing connection issues.

Wireless Network Setup

Click 'Survey' to find available Wi-Fi networks, then select your target network and enter its password.

Reboot Device for Changes

Click 'Reboot' to apply the wireless configuration changes and restart the device.
