If your air conditioning function is improperly, please check followings before call for
service:
Fault Possible causes
The air conditioning can not startup
1. Do not connect power supply.
2. Leakage switch trips caused by leakage
3. Low voltage
The air conditioning will stop after a
short period operation
1. Blocked air outlet/inlet of outdoor or indoor unit
Poor cooling performance
1. Air strainer is dirty or blocked.
2. Heat source or too much people in the room.
3. The door or window is open
4. Barriers in air outlet/inlet
5. High setting temperature
Poor heating performance
1. Air strainer is dirty or blocked.
2. The door or window is not close completely
3. Low setting temperature
Note:
If you have check items above and take measures correspondingly, but the air conditioning unit
still can not work, please stop running instantly and contact local authorized service centre for
inviting professionals to check and repair.
