The Transcend AUTO Air Inlet Filter should be
replaced every six months. Contact your homecare
dealer to purchase a replacement Air Inlet Filter.
1. Remove the filter plate by gently pulling back
the connector and lifting the plate away from
the APAP (Image 1).
2. Remove the filter from the filter frame and
discard.
3. Insert a new filter into the filter frame.
4. To replace the new filter plate, lay it on the
bottom of the APAP. Snap the front clips into
place first, then snap the connector into place
(Image 2).
The Air Inlet Filter should be removed and cleaned
weekly. To clean the Filter, remove from the device,
wash thoroughly in water containing mild dishwasher
detergent, rinse in clear water, and air dry. The Filter
should be completely dry before returning it to the
device. Replace the Filter as described above.
