All Traulsen units are placed on a permanent record le with the service department. In the event of any future
questions you may have, please refer to the model and serial number found on the name tag afxed to the unit.

      If the condensing unit in your Traulsen Refrigerator runs for extended periods or continuously, several factors could be responsible: * Ensure that the doors are closing correctly. * The condenser or filter might be dirty; clean them properly. * The evaporator coil may be iced; in this case, you need to defrost it. Refer to the instructions for setting a manual defrost cycle. * There might be a shortage of refrigerant, in which case you should call for service.

      If the food compartment in your Traulsen Refrigerator is too warm, it could be due to several reasons: * Check the door(s) and gasket(s) to ensure they are sealing properly. * If a large quantity of warm food was recently added or the door was left open, allow adequate time for the cabinet to return to its normal operating temperature. * The INTELA-TRAUL® setting might be too high; readjust it according to the instructions.

      If you notice condensation on the exterior surface of your Traulsen Refrigerator, it could be due to: * Improper door alignment or gaskets not sealing correctly; check the door alignment and gaskets to ensure a proper seal. * High humidity; condensation is normal during periods of high humidity. To alleviate this, adjust the INTELA-TRAUL® 'Dewpoint Compensation Factor'.
