  If your Tribest Juicer motor stops during use: * Ensure the power cord is correctly plugged in. * Verify all parts are properly assembled. * If too many ingredients were inserted, switch to 'OFF', then 'Reverse' to unclog. Repeat this process up to 3 times, then switch to 'ON'. * If it still doesn't work, turn the switch to 'OFF' and let the Slowstar rest in a cool area for an hour to cool the motor down, then try again. * Remove hard seeds from ingredients before juicing to prevent damage to the juicing screen and Duoblade Auger.

  If your Tribest Slowstar Juicer is making a lot of sounds: * Turn the switch to 'OFF' and check if all parts are assembled correctly. * Ensure the Slowstar is operating on a level surface. * Note that some squeaky friction noise is normal during use. * Make sure juicing materials are cut to the correct sizes.

  If you're getting too little juice from your Tribest Slowstar Juicer: * Keep in mind that the amount of juice depends on how fresh the food is. * Refrigerate ingredients and soak them in clean water for about 10 minutes before juicing. * Check that the Pressure Plug is assembled correctly.

  If the Feeding Chute Assembly on your Tribest Slowstar Juicer doesn't disassemble easily, grab the Feeding Chute firmly and rotate it counter-clockwise with force.

  If the Juicing parts and Juice Container of your Tribest Slowstar Juicer change color after extraction, it may be because the Slowstar was not cleaned right after use, making it more difficult to clean and potentially reducing performance. Disassemble the Silicone Blades and wash them separately.
