DESCRIPTION
Device with applied parts of type B. IEC 60601-1 uses the term applied
part to refer to the part of the medical device which comes into physical
contact with the patient in order to carry out its intended function.
The product, at the end of its useful life, can not be thrown in the regular
trash with other wastes and is subject to a separate collection.
