Why is my Troy-Bilt 01903 not producing pressure?
    • W
      William MartinezAug 8, 2025
The Troy-Bilt Pressure Washer might fail to produce pressure due to several reasons. It could be due to a low-pressure spray tip being installed, which requires replacement with a high-pressure spray tip. Other potential causes include a blocked water inlet (clear the inlet), inadequate water supply (provide adequate water flow), a kinked or leaking inlet hose (straighten or patch the hose), a clogged inlet hose strainer (check and clean it), water supply exceeding 100°F (use cooler water), a blocked or leaking high-pressure hose (clear the block), a leaking gun (replace the gun), or an obstructed spray tip (clean the spray tip). If none of these solve the issue, the pump might be faulty, requiring you to contact an authorized service facility.

How to fix detergent not mixing with spray in my Troy-Bilt Pressure Washer?
    • D
      Donald ScottAug 21, 2025
If the detergent fails to mix with the spray in your Troy-Bilt Pressure Washer, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure the detergent siphoning tube is fully submerged in the detergent. Also, the chemical filter might be clogged or cracked, in which case you should clean or replace the filter/detergent siphoning tube. Finally, a high-pressure spray tip being installed instead of a low-pressure one can cause this issue, so replace it with a low-pressure spray tip.
