Pump Maintenance
Changing Pump Oi[
Change oiHafter first 50 hours of operation and then every
200 hours or 3 months_ whichever occurs first.
NOTE:When changing pump oil use onHy high quaHity
nondetergent 30 weight oil Use no spedaH additives.
Change pump oi[ as fommows:
H. CHeanarea around brass oiHdrain pHugat bottom of
pump.
2. Remove oiHdrain pHug. Drain oiHcompHeteHy into an
approved container.
3. When oiHhas compHeteHy drained_ instaHHoiHdrain pHug
and tighten firmHy.
4. CHean area around pump oiHdipstick. Remove dipstick
and firthpump with recommended oiHto "Furore"mark on
dipstick (typicaHHy 0.43L or H5 oz.).
5. [nstaHHpump oiHdipstick.
6. Wipe up any spiHHedoil

deaHer.
o The data tag (Figure H4) is Hocated on the base of the
pressure washer. For future reference, pHease copy the
model revision, and seriaH number of the pressure washer
in the space beHow.
