E.2. SPARE PARTS ORDERING INFORMATION
To facilitate the processing of spare parts orders the following information is required.
- Product Number
- Product Serial Number
- TSA Stock number
- Part description (from parts list)
When ordering programmed proms, the software version is required. This can be found on the
prom label.
NOTE:
Model number suffixes are generally not included in the text of the manual, however, the
suffixes in the PARTS LISTS must be included on orders for spare parts.
