12. Carefully reassemble the center rod and outer tube.
W A R N I N G
When reassembling the base, ensure that the ground wire is secured by
the ground set screw. Use a 0.050-inch Allen wrench to tighten the set
screw. If the set screw is not secured, improper grounding can produce
unpredictable measurements.
