# key while typing lets you switch between the
dierent types of input modes. Each number
key is set for three or four letters. Press the
number key one time to display the rst letter,
two times to display the second letter, etc.
Text Message Punctuation
The punctuation available includes: \ / ~ < > £
$ ¥ § Ø @ ¤ { } ? . paragraph return, and space.
To enter punctuation:
1. Press the * key to display the list of
punctuation symbols
2. Use the Use the Up - Down or Left - Right
key to scroll through the list.
3. Press the Left Arrow key to select.
Text Message Numbers
To enter a number instead of a letter:
1. Press the # key to switch input mode from
letter to numerical and then use number
key from 1 to 0 to enter numbers.
2. Press # again to switch back to letter input
mode.
To enter a space, press the “0” key when in
letter mode.
