Step 5 Cable Routing
A. Secure the looped end of the Ab/Back Cable (#9) to the bracket of the Actuator Arm (#1) using one Shoulder Bolt 3/8 X
3/4 (#58) and one Nylon Insert Lock Nut 5/16-18 (#47). See FIG. A.
B. Next, route the Ab/Back Cable (#9) passing between the Pulleys 3/8 X 4 1/2 (#22-Labeled

), then route under
the Pulley 3/8 X 4 1/2 (#22-Labeled
F3
) .
C. Route the Cable (#9) under the Weight Stack and the Pulley 3/8 X 4 1/2 (#22-Labeled
F4
).
D. Next, route the Cable (#9) up and over the Pulley 3/8 X 4 1/2 (#22-Labeled
F5
).
E. Affi x the Cable (#9) to the Weight Stack using one Split Hex Tap Bolt 1/2-13 X 3 1/2 (#9), one Finished Hex Nut 1/2-13
(#33), and one Split Lock Washer 1/2” (#65). See FIG. B.
