„night mode“
Use button (7) to switch on the „night mode“. By
using the photo-electric cell in the illuminated
area of the aquarium lamp, the pumps connected
are interrupted in pulse operation when the light
is switched off. The pumps will then continue to
operate with the power set at the adjustment
knobs (1a) and (2a). In the morning, when the light
is switched on again, the selected pulse operation
of the pumps starts to run. „night mode“ can be set
in every ow programme of the Multicontroller.
Setting up „night mode“
Use button (7) to switch on „night mode“.
Hold the photo-electric cell in the illuminated area
of the aquarium lamp in such a way that the pumps
start pulse operation. Keep a minimum distance
of 30 cm (11.8 in.) in case of mercury discharge
lamps as otherwise light and heat damage is
unavoidable !
Use a clamp holder to attach the photo-electric cell
permanently to the test location - see chapter titled
„Mounting the photo-electric cell“.
By pressing button (7) again, the „night mode“ can
be switched off. The green LED will go off.

Lorsque la cellule photo est enclenchée et placée
dans le cône de lumière de l’appareil d’éclairage, les
pompes raccordées suspendent leurs pulsations à
la disparition de l’éclairage. Les pompes poursuivent
leur fonctionnement suivant les puissances
indexées sur les boutons (1a) et (2a). En période
diurne, les pulsations reprennent. L’accalmie
nocturne est programmable pour chaque mode de
fonctionnement du Multicontroller.
Mise en fonction de l’accalmie nocturne :
Enclenchez « night mode » à l’aide de la
touche (7).
Amenez la cellule photo dans le cône de lumière
jusqu’à ce que les pompes démarrent leurs
pulsations. Pour éviter les dommages dus à la
chaleur, conservez une distance minimale de 30cm
entre la cellule photo et les luminaires HQI !
Fixez la cellule photo à son emplacement dénitif,
voir Fixation de la cellule photo.
Une nouvelle action sur la touche (7) supprime
la fonction d’accalmie nocturne. La LED verte
correspondante est alors éteinte.
