Funktionen
Der Osmolator
®
3 besteht aus zwei unabhängigen Sensoren
in seinem Gehäuse.
Ein optischer Arbeitssensor (1), wie er auch schon vom
Vorgängermodell Osmolator
®
3155 bekannt ist, überwacht
den Wasserstand mit einer Genauigkeit von 0,5 mm und
aktiviert die Pumpe bei Bedarf.
Ein unabhängiger Sicherheitssensor (2) stoppt die Pumpe,
wenn der Arbeitssensor nicht abschaltet.
Ein Sicherheitstimer von 10 min stellt die letzte
Sicherheitsstufe gegen Wasserschäden dar.
Eine Status-LED zeigt Betrieb und Fehler an (3).
Für die Pumpe sind verschiedene Komfort- und
Sicherheitsfunktionen integriert.
Die Mindestdosierzeit von 10 s dämpft die Regelung etwas.
Zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Einbauumgebungen
lässt sich die Pumpenleistung in zwei Stufen wählen.
Ein Entlüftungsmodus ermöglicht einen problemlosen Start
bei Inbetriebnahme.
Ein Trockenlaufschutz mit automatischem Wiederanlauf nach
5 min schützt die Pumpe vor Überhitzen und übermäßigem
Verschleiß. Der Automatische Wiederanlauf verhindert, dass
der Osmolator
®
3 den Betrieb aufgrund eines Fehlalarms
einstellt.
Gleiches gilt für den eingebauten Blockadeschutz mit
automatischem Wiederanlauf.
Functions
The Osmolator
®
3 consists of two independent sensors
in its housing.
An optical primary sensor (1), as is already known from
the previous model Osmolator
®
3155, monitors the water
level with an accuracy of 0.5 mm (0.02”) and activates the
pump if necessary.
An independent safety sensor (2) stops the pump if the
primary sensor does not switch off.
A safety timer of 10 minutes represents the nal safety
level against damage by water.
A status LED indicates operation and errors (3).
Various comfort and safety functions are integrated into
the pump.
The minimum dosing time of 10 s slightly slows down the
control.
To adapt to different installation environments, two
stages of pump performance can be selected.
A venting mode enables a smooth start when putting into
service.
Dry running protection with automatic restart after 5
minutes protects the pump from overheating and excessive
wear. The automatic restart prevents the Osmolator
®
3
from stopping operation due to a false alarm.
The same applies to the built-in blockage protection with
automatic restart.
