Funktionsweisen
Trockenlaufschutz mit
automatischem Wiederanlauf
Der eingebaute Trockenlaufschutz verhindert, dass die
Pumpe bei Trockenlauf überhitzt und die Lager vorzeitig
verschleißen. Bei einer überhöhten Drehzahl schlägt der
Schutz an und stoppt die Pumpe.
Damit im Fall eines Fehlalarms durch kurz angesaugte Luft das
Becken weiter nachgefüllt wird, ist eine Wiederanlaufroutine
integriert. Diese lässt die Pumpe alle 5 Minuten zwei
Startversuche im Abstand von 10s durchführen. Bekommt
die Pumpe wieder Wasser, läuft der
Osmolator
®
3 einfach
weiter. So ist z.B. nach dem Nachfüllen des Vorratsbehälters
theoretisch kein manueller Neustart nötig, da die Pumpe
spätestens nach 5 Minuten selbst weiter dosiert.
Das Auslösen des Trockenlaufschutzes wird über die Status-
LED durch
oranges Blinken angezeigt.
Blockadeschutz mit
automatischem Wiederanlauf
Der Blockadeschutz verhindert ein Überhitzen der Pumpe.
Auch hier ist zur Fehlervermeidung alle 5 Minuten ein
Neustartversuch implementiert.
Der aktive Blockadeschutz wird durch die Status-LED als
oranges Leuchten angezeigt.
Durch die Wiederanlaufautomatik genügt auch hier die
Beseitigung der Ursache, um den
Osmolator
®
3 wieder in
Betrieb zu nehmen.
Functionalities
Dry runing protection with automatic restart
The built-in dry-running protection prevents the pump
from overheating during dry running and the bearings
from wearing out prematurely. If the speed is too high,
the protection kicks in and stops the pump.
A restart routine is integrated so that in the event of a false
alarm caused by briey sucked-in air, the pump continues
to rell the basin. This allows the pump to make two start
attempts at intervals of 10 s every 5 minutes. If the pump
intakes water again, the
Osmolator
®
3 simply continues
to run. For example, after relling the storage container,
a manual restart is theoretically not necessary, as the
pump continues dosing after 5 minutes at the latest.
The triggering of the dry running protection is indicated
by the status LED
ashing orange .
Blockage protection with automatic restart
Blockage protection prevents the pump from overheating.
Here too, a restart attempt is implemented every 5
minutes to avoid errors.
The active blockage protection is indicated by the status
LED as
orange light .
Thanks to the automatic restart, eliminating the cause is
enough to put the
Osmolator
®
3 back into operation.
