Clean Oven Interior and Exterior continued

Clean Food Particles from Lower Access Panel
1. Remove the lower access panel, below the
oven door – grip the panel on both ends and
pull to disengage the four clips that secure
the panel to the oven
2. Wipe out any food particles and crumbs that
have collected inside the access panel and
around the oven base with a towel
Clean the Wire Rack
1. Remove the wire rack from inside the oven
2. Wash and rinse the wire rack, and then sanitize
using SuperSan™ sanitizer; let dry
Clean the Oven Interior
1. Lift the bottom heating element, and while
holding it up, use a damp towel to remove any
large food particles from the bottom of the oven
2. If stubborn stains are present, sparingly spray
SUBWAY
®
Oven Cleaner into the oven cavity
and on the inside of the door, and allow the
cleaner to penetrate for five minutes

Only use SUBWAY
®
Oven Cleaner – using any
other cleaning products can damage critical
parts and may void the warranty on those parts
• Never saturate the bottom of the oven
with water or oven cleaner – doing so will
damage vital components and result in a
non-warranty service call
• Never spray the top of the cavity
Do not touch the heating
element until the cool down
cycle has completed and the
element has cooled completely
– the heating element operates at
1000°F/538°C and can cause burns if not
completely cooled
