The QT Device is an audienc e response dev ice with a full QWERTY style keyboard used for immediate feedback or Self-

Paced Testi ng. The QT Device is c ompatible with Turning Technologi es RF+ receiver (RRRF-03) and RF receiver (RRRF-04)

and with TurningPoint 5, TurningPoint Cloud, Flow (2.0 or higher) and Insight 360 (Student ID Login mode only).

charge the "glow in the dark"

The Toolbox

Send Message - Send a message to the presenter. The presenter is

unable to respond via the same method.

NOTE

The presenter may have this feature disabled in the

software. If disabled, you will see "Not Open" when

trying to send a message.

Your ID - Assigns an alphanumeric identification to device.

Settings - Press the function key below OK to open the settings and

use the right or left arrow keys to scroll through the opti ons.



Device Info - Press t he function key below OK to display the

Device ID. P ress the right arrow once to display the firmware

version and l anguage.



Contrast - Press the function key below OK and use the left

or right arrows to adjust the contrast of the objects. Press the

function key below OK to save.



Brightness - Press the function key below OK and use the

left or right arrows to adjust the LCD display on the QT Device.

Press the f unction key below OK to save.

Manually Changing the Channel

Use the steps below to manually set the channel or use the Find Channel function to find a receiver within range.

WARNING

If the

lock symbol appears next to the channel number, the channel cannot be changed.

Press the Channel

button.

Use the number pad to enter the new channel number.

Once the channel number has been entered, press the function k ey below OK.

TIP

Alternatively to selec t an option, press the Enter key.

Test Mode

The Toolbox

Access test functions like Go to Question, Skipped Question, Test Info, and Settings.

Go to Question

Select and navigate to a specific question number.

Skipped Question

View the next unanswered question in the test.

Test Info

Displays test name, version, and the total number of questions.

Settings

Access device settings including Device Info, Contrast, and Brightness.

Device Info

Display Device ID, firmware version, and language.

Contrast

Adjust the contrast of the display objects.

Brightness

Adjust the LCD display brightness on the QT Device.

Exit Test

Exits the current test, showing incomplete or unanswered questions.

Go Back Arrow

Return to the main Tools menu from a sub-menu.

Delete Test

Delete the current test from the device.

Send Test

Send the completed test data to the host computer.

Send Message

Send a message to the presenter.
