PRE RIDE INSPECTION
Check the following items before riding

Engine cum transmission oil Availability of oil upto the level (page no. 78)
Fuel Enough fuel for the planned distance of running
Tyres Correct pressure (page no. 87)
Adequate tread depth / No cracks or cuts
Battery Proper working of digital speedometer, tail lamp, license plate lamp, brake
lamp, turn signal lamps, horn and electric starter.
Digital speedometer Performing self check
Lighting Proper working of headlamp high beam / low beam and high beam indicator
Steering Smooth movement / No play or looseness
Throttle Correct free play of cable / smooth operation
Clutch Correct free play of cable (page no. 79)
Smooth and progressive action
Brakes Availability of brake fluid and proper working of brake. Correct lever and pedal
play (page no. 81, 83 and 85)
Wheels Free rotation
Malfunction indicator Turned ‘OFF’ after the engine starting (page no. 23)
