WHEEL REMOVAL
Front wheel (Disc brake)
1. Remove the front wheel axle nut using a
17mm spanner. Hold the other end of the
axle with 14mm spanner if required.
2. Pull out the axle and take out the wheel
assy along with the disc front brake, spacer
complete and hub drive speedo.
3. Keep some cushion in between the disc
brake pads to avoid binding.
4. Reverse the above steps to reassemble the
front disc wheel.
Rear wheel
1. Remove the nut rear brake adjuster and
disconnect the rod, remove split pin and
nut from the torque link rear mounting.
2. Remove the rear wheel axle nut using a
17mm spanner. Hold the other end of the
axle with 14mm spanner if required.
MAINTENANCE
Use of tyre other than the standard may cause
instability. While reassembling tyre, ensure that
the arrow mark (A) provided on the tyre facing the
direction of wheel rotation.
