and R side equally in or out looking at the
line mark (E&F).
3. The chain free play should be between 20-
25 mm.
4. In this position leave adjuster and tighten
both the lock nuts (A&B).
5. Tighten the rear wheel axle nut.
MAINTENANCE
Maintain equal number of line marks on both
the chain adjusters.

It is advised to Lubricate chain assy after every
water service for better chain life.

Head lamp bulb replacement
1. Loosen 4 screws (M5x20) from the cover
handle bar rear using a phillips screw
driver.
2. Remove one screw from the cover handle
rear center mounting.
3. Disconnect the headlamp socket from the
wiring. Dislocate the boot from the
headlamp.
4. Rotate the headlamp holder anti clockwise
direction and take out.
