5. Take out the bulb. Replace with new one.
6. While refitting, match the groove in the
headlamp and the projection of the
headlamp bulb so that the holder fits
rightly.
7. Repeat all the above activities in reverse
order to complete the assembly.
MAINTENANCE
Head lamp beam adjustment
Head lamp beam can be adjusted by
loosening the hexagonal screw at the bottom
of cover handle bar front, tilt the headlamp
assy as required and tighten the hexagonal
screw.
Always use only the recommended type and
specified rating of bulbs.
