pattern. Similarly, detected point should select the position among
crossing points of grid pattern longitudinal rebar to avoid the influence
on detected horizontal rebar by grid pattern longitudinal rebar. The
trolley held by hand is moved from up to down (pay attention to the
direction of trolley). One black block shown on the screen is also
moved from up to down. After hearing the alarm, detected rebar is
showed on the screen in the formation of being parallel to X-axis. At

showed under the T. During continuing to move the trolley
downwards, when D (distance that the trolley moves) is not less than

4.3.2 Detection of section plant rebar
1. Take out of the instrument and connect the trolley and probe.
2. Turn on the instrument power and select the function of Rebar Scan.
Enter into the function of Profile Scan and select corresponding length
according to required dimension. According to design data, rebar
diameter is set as known diameter. If rebar diameter is not known,
default will be set as known diameter. Project No. of this detection is
set.
3. The probe is placed in air and away from the metal (at least 0.5m
away from the metal) and strong electromagnetic field interference.
