  If you receive a message stating “No laser system or dongle is present. The software will function in a limited demo mode,” try the following: 1. Ensure the laser system is powered on. 2. Verify that the USB cable is securely connected to both the computer and the Minilase™ system. 3. Check the Device Manager to confirm that the “Laser Mark Control Board” is present.
