7. Body posture when taking measurements
Sit at a dining table, lean your back against the backrest of the
chair and bend your arm so that your arm is exactly at heart
level. Place your feet on the ground and do not cross your legs.
Ensure that the measuring point is level with your heart. If the
measuring point is lower than the heart, the measured values
may be higher. If the measuring point is higher than the heart,
the measured values may be lower.
It is important to keep your arm calm
and not to speak during the measure-
ment.
Please pay attention to the following:
        
