Press and hold the Power/Channel Selector to turn the unit on.
Press Power/Channel Selector, then turn Channel Selector to adjust squelch level.
Turn the Channel Selector to choose the desired operating channel.
Select channel, press and hold INST on microphone for 2 seconds to store.
Select channel, listen, hold PTT, speak 7cm from mouth, release PTT to end.
Repeaters extend range by retransmitting signals on different frequencies.
Repeaters re-transmit signals on another channel, extending effective range.
