1. Introduction 1

Unitech Instrument’s Ph Meter Indicator/Controller is designed to accept Ph sensor as Input and displays
Ph of a substance with temperature the process parameter through a 4 Digit LED Displays .
There are different configuration levels provide easy access to parameters. A four programming front keys
are provided for easy configuration of meter.
The UT-1412 product group is Process control instruments that must be panel mounted. The wiring terminals

lly anywhere in plant or factory; in a panel or enclosure wall mounted or Flameproof enclosure or even on
the process machinery. it can withstand ambient temperature up to 50°C

1. OVERVIEW
UNITECH UT-1412 Ph meter Type is a precise and compact pH Monitoring System using Solid state devices
for direct measurement of pH. It is basically a voltage measuring device With added features. The high
input impedance and the stability of its measuring circuit
The water-resistant pH sensor quickly detects the pH value and temperature and give signals to meter.
Thanks to its split display it can show the pH value and temperature reading simultaneous with this pH
meter. Re-calibration of the device always ensures that readings are accurate and it is easy to do with the
help of the calibration Buffer Solutions. The calibration is done via the keypad and without the need for
calibration screws. This pH meter has an electrode integrated into its enclosure and the readings are
adjusted automatically for temperature compensation.

be used by qualified personnel and repaired by UNITECH Instruments personnel. There is no warranty of damages
or injuries caused by non-observance of the manual.
The device may only be used in approved temperature range.
The opening of the case should only be done by qualified personnel.
The instrument should never be placed in the highly power noise environment.
You should not make any technical changes on the device
The appliance should only be cleaned with a clean damp cloth OR use only pH-neutral cleaner.
