3.1.6 Alarm Relays
DEPOLOX 3 plus features the following alarm relays:
• Two relays allocated to chlorine alarms.
• Two relays allocated to pH or fluoride alarms (optional).
Definitions for switching the relays:
high DIS: relay reacts to the set value
low DIS: relay reacts to the set value
high/low: combination of high and low value
general fault: relay is activated as long as there is an alarm
message
DI: relay is activated as long as there is a signal on
the digital input
dosing contact: relay is energized as long as the actual value is
below the setpoint (for disinfectant only)
off: relay is de-energized
Selections:
normally open (N.O.): relay is energized in case of an alarm.
fail safe (N.C.): relay is de-energized in case of an alarm
non latching: relay is de-energized as soon as the alarm
condition has ceased
latching: relay stays energized after the alarm until
the star key “✳” is pressed to acknowledge
the alarm
