If the problem occurs with a specific file or application, check the printer settings for that application. Also, connect both ends of the interface cable securely and try replacing the printer cable to check the interface cable.

  Vapor may be emitted from your Utax printer if the temperature is low near the printer or the paper has been exposed to humidity. Heat generated during printing can evaporate water moisture in the printed paper. To correct this, increase the room temperature and use paper stored in a dry place. Printing can continue without any problem.
