If the damper on your UTICA BOILERS Boiler sticks, it may be due to a few reasons: 1. There might be an obstruction blocking the damper blade; clear any obstructions. 2. The damper pipe could be misshapen, causing it to bind; restore the damper pipe to a round shape and ensure it's not binding. 3. The crimped end of the vent piece may be inserted too far; correct the position.
