Try aiming the lamps away from the sensor and turning Boost off. Reflected heat from other objects might also be triggering the sensor, so re-aim the sensor and turn Boost off. If the control is simply warming up, wait one minute for the sensor to warm up. Lastly, ensure the control switch is set to an ON-TIME position, not Test.
