3. Unscrew the Rear Stabiliser Knob (7) and carefully
lower the Stabiliser onto the Rowing Rail. Refit both
Knobs (7 & 14) to ensure safe keeping.
FOLDING THE ROWER FOR
STORAGE
1. Slide the Seat forwards then unscrew and remove
the Rowing Rail Pivot Knob (14) and the Large O
2. Carefully rotate the Rail up and over the top of the
Main Frame.
Lower gently so the Seat is positioned above the
Exercise Monitor and its Console.
Note: - The Front of the Rower will tip forward to rest
on the floor.

3. Entfernen Sie den hinteren Stützen-Drehknopf (7)
und legen die Stütze vorsichtig auf die Ruderschiene.
Befestigen Sie nun beide Drehknöpfe (7 & 14) wieder.

Aufbewahrung
1. Um Ihr Tornado Air Rudergerät zusammenzuklappen
schieben Sie den Sitz nach vorne und entfernen den
Ruderschienen-Drehknopf (14).
2. Heben Sie die Ruderschiene
hoch über den Hauptrahmen
und legen Sie den Sitz auf die
Konsole Beachte: das Rudergerät
kippt vorne über und liegt nun auf
dem Boden.
