NOTE: A Phillips screwdriver is required.
1) Remove all the contents from inside of the vacuum cleaner container.
2) Turn the container upside down and insert the two feet with front casters into the slots and
apply pressure until they click into place. Secure them with supplied screws (Fig. 1).
3) Insert the rear casters into the slots and apply pressure until they click into place (Fig. 2).
4) Attach the carry handle into the slots located on the top of the power head. Secure them with
supplied screws (Fig. 3).
5) To position the hose storage rack, insert one end into the channel on the side of the power
head, making sure it is secured in place. Apply inward pressure to the other side and insert it
into the opposite channel (Fig. 4 & 5).
6) Your vacuum cleaner comes ready for dry vacuum cleaning with the cartridge lter
pre-installed. If the cartridge lter is not installed, refer to page 13.
7) Optionally, for improved dust ltration and hygienic disposal, fully t the dust bag ange onto
the inlet stub (Fig. 6).
NOTE: The dust bag is for dry pick-up only.
8) For wet vacuuming and carpet shampoo cleaning, replace the cartridge lter with the foam
lter supplied. Do not use a dust bag when wet vacuuming or carpet shampoo cleaning. If the
foam lter is not installed, refer to page 13.
9) Secure the power head back on the container using the 2 side latches.
10) Insert the detergent connecting hose into the detergent tank inlet coupling (Fig. 7).
11) Insert the locking end of the hose into the suction port of the container and turn clockwise to
lock into place. Connect the detergent delivery tube onto the detergent outlet coupling located
in the front of the power head (Fig. 8).
12) Insert the supplied battery into the suction hose handle ensuring the terminals are correctly
inserted in the direction as shown (Fig. 9).
13) Insert the battery cover into position. Angle the cover into the slot on the battery compartment
and press down the battery cover to click into place (Fig. 10 & 11).
14) Choose the desired accessories and/or the extension wand and push t onto the remote
control handle (Fig. 12).
