What to do if my vacuubrand Water Pump does not start?
    • M
      Michael RodriguezAug 5, 2025
If your vacuubrand Water Pump does not start or stops immediately, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the electrical power cord is properly plugged in and that there is no electrical supply failure. Check the device fuse and replace it if necessary. Overpressure in the outlet line could also be the culprit; remove any blockage, open valves, or reduce the overpressure. Lastly, the motor may be overloaded. If so, allow it to cool down, identify, and eliminate the cause of the failure, then manually reset the pump. It may be necessary to switch off or unplug the pump.

Why is my vacuubrand Water Pump so noisy?
    • C
      Christy PetersAug 14, 2025
If your vacuubrand Water Pump is too noisy, there are a few potential causes. It could be due to atmospheric or high pressure at the pump inlet; in this case, connect a hose or silencer to the pump outlet, being careful not to cause outlet over-pressure, especially with condensable vapors. Alternatively, a diaphragm crack or loose diaphragm clamping disc might be the issue, requiring maintenance. If these steps don't resolve the noise, contact your local distributor.

How to troubleshoot low vacuum in vacuubrand Water Pump?
    • L
      Lauren AvilaAug 25, 2025
If your vacuubrand Water Pump isn't reaching its ultimate vacuum or usual pumping speed, start by checking the centring ring at the small flange connection for correct positioning. Also, look for any leaks in the pipeline or vacuum system. Ensure that you are using lines with a larger diameter and keeping the length as short as possible. If the pump has been exposed to condensate, allow it to run for a few minutes with atmospheric pressure at the inlet to purge it. Check for deposits inside the pump heads by cleaning and inspecting them. Replace diaphragms and/or valves if damaged. Verify process parameters. For VARIO-SP versions, ensure sufficient cooling or reduce inlet pressure.
