  If your vacuubrand Water Pump isn't reaching its ultimate vacuum or usual pumping speed, start by checking the centring ring at the small flange connection for correct positioning. Also, look for any leaks in the pipeline or vacuum system. Ensure that you are using lines with a larger diameter and keeping the length as short as possible. If the pump has been exposed to condensate, allow it to run for a few minutes with atmospheric pressure at the inlet to purge it. Check for deposits inside the pump heads by cleaning and inspecting them. Replace diaphragms and/or valves if damaged. Verify process parameters. For VARIO-SP versions, ensure sufficient cooling or reduce inlet pressure.
