  If your vacuubrand Water Pump does not achieve ultimate total pressure or normal pumping speed, start by checking the centering ring position and inspecting for leaks in the pipeline or vacuum system. Use a vacuum gauge directly at the pump inlet port to check connections and lines. Also consider that long narrow lines can restrict performance; use a line with a larger diameter and keep it as short as possible.

  If your vacuubrand Water Pump does not achieve ultimate total pressure or normal pumping speed, it may have been exposed to condensate. Run the pump at atmospheric pressure for a few minutes. Deposits inside the pump can also cause this issue, so clean and inspect the pump heads. Damaged valves or diaphragms could be the cause; replace them if necessary. Finally, check your process parameters for outgassing substances or vapor generation.
