What to do if my vacuubrand Water Pump does not start?
    • L
      Lisa BurkeAug 15, 2025
If your vacuubrand Water Pump does not start, ensure the electrical power cord is properly plugged in and that there is no electrical supply failure. Check the device fuse. Overpressure in the outlet line or system can also prevent starting; remove any blockage, open valves, or reduce overpressure. If the motor is overloaded, allow it to cool down, identify and eliminate the cause, and then manually reset the pump by switching it off or unplugging it.

Why vacuubrand Water Pump does not achieve its ultimate vacuum?
    • T
      Tina WallsAug 18, 2025
If your vacuubrand Water Pump isn't reaching its ultimate vacuum or usual pumping speed, start by checking the centring ring at the small flange connection and inspect for leaks in the pipeline or vacuum system. If you have a vacuum adjustment device (ME 4R NT), make sure it's closed. Long, narrow vacuum lines can also restrict performance, so use lines with a larger diameter and keep them as short as possible. If the pump has been exposed to condensate, allow it to run for a few minutes with atmospheric pressure at the inlet to purge. Lastly, inspect the pump heads for deposits and clean them if necessary. Damaged diaphragms or valves should be replaced. Also check process parameters for outgassing substances or vapor generated in the process.

      Aaron HernandezAug 22, 2025
If your vacuubrand Water Pump is too noisy, connect a hose or silencer to the pump outlet, being careful not to cause outlet over-pressure, especially with condensable vapors. Also, check for a cracked diaphragm or loose diaphragm clamping disc, and perform maintenance if needed.

How to fix a vacuubrand ME 2 NT that does not start?
    • M
      Michelle JohnsonAug 26, 2025
If the Vacuubrand Water Pump doesn't start or stops immediately, the issue might be due to several reasons: * The power cord may not be plugged in. * There could be an electrical supply failure. * The device fuse might be blown. * There may be overpressure in the outlet line or system. * The motor could be overloaded. To resolve this, ensure the power cord is plugged in, check and replace the fuse if necessary. Identify and eliminate any blockage in the line, reduce overpressure (if applicable), and allow the motor to cool down. Manual reset may be needed. It might be necessary to switch off or unplug the pump.

What to do if vacuubrand ME 2 NT is too noisy?
    • L
      Leslie MooreSep 1, 2025
If your Vacuubrand Water Pump is too noisy, it might be due to: * Atmospheric or high pressure at the pump inlet. * A crack in the diaphragm or a loose diaphragm clamping disc. * Other causes not mentioned. To mitigate the noise, connect a hose or silencer to the pump outlet, being careful not to cause outlet overpressure, especially with condensable vapors. Perform maintenance. For other causes, contact your local distributor.

Why vacuubrand Vacuum Cleaner pump does not start?
    • J
      Jacob LaneSep 4, 2025
The vacuubrand Vacuum Cleaner pump might not start due to several reasons. It could be that the mains are not plugged in or there's an electrical supply failure; in this case, plug in the mains and check the fuse. Another cause might be a blown device fuse, which would require replacement. High pressure in the outlet pipeline or system can also prevent starting; remove any blockages, open the valve, or reduce overpressure. Lastly, the motor could be overloaded; allow it to cool down, identify and eliminate the cause of the failure, and manually reset the pump after switching it off or unplugging it.

If your vacuubrand Vacuum Cleaner pump is too noisy, it might be due to atmospheric or high pressure at the pump inlet. Connect a hose or silencer to the pump outlet to resolve this. Another possible cause is a cracked diaphragm or a loose diaphragm clamping disc, which requires maintenance.

Why is my vacuubrand ME 2 NT Water Pump not reaching full vacuum?
    • D
      Dylan PorterNov 27, 2025
If your Vacuubrand Water Pump is not achieving its ultimate vacuum or usual pumping speed, it could be due to: * Incorrectly positioned centering ring at the small flange connection. * A leak in the pipeline or vacuum system. * Open vacuum adjustment device (ME 4R NT). * A long, narrow vacuum line. * Condensate exposure. * Deposits inside the pump. * Damaged diaphragms or valves. * Outgassing substances or vapor in the process. To address this, first check the pump directly by connecting a vacuum gauge at the pump inlet. Then, inspect the connection, pipeline, and vacuum system. Close the vacuum adjustment device. Use wider and shorter lines. Run the pump for a few minutes with atmospheric pressure at the inlet to purge it. Clean and inspect the pump heads, and replace di...
