CAUTION:
With regards to the Manual Handling Opera-tions, 1992 Regulations, the following lift
oper-ation exceeds the recommended weight for a one man lift.

WARNING:
Smell of gas. Ris of poisoning and explosion due to a malfunction.
1.5.8 Gas leak or fault
If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak:
Do not switch lights on or off.
Do not use any other electrical switches.
Do not use a telephone in the hazardous area.
Do not use naked flames, such as matches or cigarette lighters.
Do not smoke.
Turn off the gas supply at the gas meter.
Open the windows and doors.
Warn other residents.
Get out of the house.
Consult your gas supplier, service agent or other competent person approved at the time
by the Health and Safety Executive.

1.5.9 Clearances
If fixtures are positioned close to the boiler, space must be left as shown in fig 4.1. Enough
space must also be left in front of the boiler to allow for servicing.
1.5.10 Sheet metal parts
This boiler contains metal parts (components) and care should be taken when handling and
cleaning, with particular regard to edges.
1.5.11 Sealed components
Under no circumstances must the User interfere with any sealed component as this could result
in a potentially dangerous situation arising.
