7 Functional checks commissioning (part II)
7.1 Funtional checks
After installing and checking the gas supply pressure, perform a function check before
commissioning the appliance and handing over to the user.
Commission the appliance according to the relevant operating manual.
Check the gas supply pipe, flue system, heating system and the hot water pipes for
leaks.
Check that the flue system has been installed properly according to the flue system
installation manual.
Checking for tightness of the flue gas installation and flue gas recirculation
Check the integrity off the flue gas installation accord-ing to TB 200.
Should the flue gas installation be longer than 2 m we strongly recommend to check the system
for flue gas recirculation as described below.
For checking the system for flue gas recirculation use the combustion air analysis point
shown at 8.1.
Use the flue gas analyser.
If you detect any CO or CO2in the fresh air, search for the flue gas leakage or
recirculation.
