Preparation of boiler for
rear outlet air/flue duct
For thermoCOMPACT 615, 637 and
turboMAX plus 837:
• Remove boiler case as detailed in
the installation instructions
supplied with the boiler.
• Release the three clamps (1) and
remove the combustion chamber
cover (2).
•Loosen the screw (3) and remove
the flue gas connector (4) from the
fan.
• Remove the retaining spring (5).
• Pull the cables and two tubes (9,
10) from the fan assembly. Please
ensure that you note the respective
connection points for each tube.
• Remove the complete fan assembly
(11) from the boiler.
• Remove the rubber funnel (12) and
place to side.
• Seal the hole with the rubber bung
(13) provided.
