Taking your basal body temperature reliably every
morning is one of the key elements of our system.
The basal body temperature is the temperature im-
mediately after waking up, before getting up, before
becoming active in any way. The more regularly you
take your temperature, particularly at the beginning,
the faster the device gets to know your personal cycle.
Place the temperature sensor under your tongue,
right at the back, either to the left or the right and
close your mouth. While taking your temperature,
the temperature sensor should not be moved.
