Press the program info button for description of the selected program and
information on use.
Example: Program INFO 01 ICE CREAM: standard ice cream production. To
start, press ice cream PRODUCTION button (button with ice cream cone icon).
The machine operates in MODE 1. At the end of the cycle after the beep, press
the ice cream EXTRACTION button on push-button panel or press the
extraction button on the display. See description of extraction programs under
the FACTORY menu. MODE 1 has dual electronic control for density and
temperature. MODE 1 parameters (ice cream density) can be changed.
Parameters can be changed only during the freezing cycle. At the end of
extraction press the blue STOP button.
