With STOP button you can stop mixing – extraction (in any phase).

CREAM BUTTON from the MENU
The EXTRACTION FOR MEDIUM QUANTITY of VARIEGATED ICE CREAM
button activate the mixing which will gradually increase until full ice cream
extraction. The program consists of 13 steps alternating mixer speed, from
S5/S6/S7 (quick) to S2 (slow).
