12.3.2 RINSE THE PROCESSING CYLINDER
 Make sure that the mixture treating control panel is in STOP state.
 Make sure that the outlet hole is well closed.
 Slide out the batch feeder cover and pour approximately 4 inches (10 cm
1 gallon, 4 liters) of water into the cylinder.
 close the batch feeder cover.
 press the MIXING key.
 Let the machine operate for 10 seconds at the most! The appliance is
allowed to run without ice cream mixture for 10 seconds at the
most!
 Press the STOP / RESET key.
 Place a suitable container under the outlet opening and empty the water
out of the cylinder.
 If necessary, repeat procedure until no product residue is visible.
12.3.3 DISSASEMBLE, WASH AND RINSE THE PARTS
 Remove the batch feeder cover by pulling it towards you.
Unscrew (in counter-clockwise direction) and remove the LOCK NUT.
Remove the outlet hole cover

