12.3 COVER OF THE KETTLE
Gripping it firmly with hand by the lever lifting it back to the open position opens
the kettle cover. If the machine is in the mixing phase, lifting the cover will
terminate mixing.
In order to close the cover grip it always at the cover lever and lower it in close
position. If the machine were found in the mixing phase, this resumes
automatically with the closing of the cover.
12.4 OUTLET VALVE
The outlet valve opens by turning the handle in the clockwise direction and
pulling it towards oneself.
The outlet valve closes by pushing the handle fully forward and turning it in the
clockwise direction.
