10.4 OUTLET PIPE
The outlet valve opens by turning the handle in the counter-clockwise direction
and pulling it towards oneself.
The outlet valve closes by pushing the handle fully forward and turning it in the
clockwise direction.
10.5 BEFORE APPLIANCE USAGE
Before using the appliance you should:
Check that the surroundings of the appliance are not wet or slippery;
Check that the water gauge inlet is opened;
Check that the FUSES are inserted and protected;
Check that the MAIN SWITCH is turned on;
Check that the basin is properly cleaned;
Check that the basin is properly disinfected;
Check that there are no other items or tools left in the production basin
Just a cleaned and disinfected appliance can be used for mass preparation.
To get optimal results it is needed to have proper quantity and proper quality of the
mixture.
