12.3 REGULAR MAINTENANCE INSPECTION PLAN
All maintenance and servicing must be carried out by technicians authorized by
VALMAR Company.
Error Cause Troubbleshooting
Appliance will not start up when
switched on
There is no power supply Check the power circuit. Turn ON
the safety switch.
Automatic fuses are
disconnected.
Switch on the power fuses again.
Compressor starts, but stops
emediately and display shows
“- P -“
Water supply is closed Open water outlet
Water inlet is disconected Conect water inlet
Heating cycle takes too long Heater has burnt out. Call VALMAR service tehnicans.
There is not enough glycol
in the system.
Call VALMAR service tehnicans.
Cooling cycle takes too long Water supply flow is too
weak.
Make sure that the valve is open
and the pipes are not jammed.
There is not enough glycol
in the system.
Check the quantity of the glycol.
Cooling is inadequate The expansion valve does
not work properly.
Call VALMAR service tehnicans.
