At the end if necessary put the flue damper back onto the mixer (see chapter
SMALL AMMOUNTS OF ICE-CREAM MIXTURE)
 reinstall the cover lid:
First put the lower cover back into position and lower the lid lever.
Then put the upper part of the cover back in position and screw it onto the lower
part of the lid.



