Process connections
Coupling to be welded on process pipe, sealing ring and
mounting clamps are supplied with transmitter. Process
pipe´s nominal size should be specified in the order. If
not, we will deliver a coupling designed for DN200 pipe.
Deflector is included, except UL and HL types, with blow
line coupling.
Electrical connections
Terminal block: see Figure: Wiring.
Inlet gland with grounding inside (1/2-14 NPS adapter as
option)
Calibration curves
Built-in calibration curves and linearization for all sensor
types and pulp types recommended for them.
8 customized recipes, each containing one
automatically calibrated pulp type curve and filler (ash)
content.
Recipe selection (activation) via SMART-PULP’s
operator unit, HART® interface (2-W) or binary inputs.
Sampling and calibration support
Calculation of standard deviation and average of shear
force and consistency over the sampling period.
Automatic calibration of all 8 recipes on the basis of one
or two samples.
Calibration of recipe No. 1 with 16 calibration points.
Accessories
• Mounting pipe element
Using the mounting pipe element improves the
measurement especially in difficult applications.
• Diagnosis stand and weights
• Welding guide for standard coupling
