Do not use a broiler pan, griddle or any other arge utensil that covers more than one range top burner at a time. This
will create excessive heat that may cause melting, sooting or discoloration.
In addition, the use of undersized pans could expose a portion of the heating element to direct contact and may
result in ignition of clothing. Proper reationship of pans to burner will improve efficiency.

In Case of A Grease Fire
Grease is fammable. Never allow grease to collect around teh thop burners or on the cook top surface.
Wipe spills immediately. If a fire does start, follow these basic safety rules:
1. Have everyone evacuate the RV immediately.
2. After everyone is clear and accounted for, check the fire to see if you can attempt to put it out. If it is
arge or the fire is fuel-fed, get clear of the RV and have the Fire Department handle the emergency.
3. Try to smother a faming pan with a tight-fitting lid or cookie sheet.
4. Never pick up a faming pan.
5. Faming grease outside of the pan can be extinguisehd with baking soda or a multipurpose dry chem-
ical or foam-type fire extinguisher.
