4 Preventive Maintenance
ESD Precaution!
All work on the controller has to be done under ESD protected environment to prevent electronic
components from damage!
4.1 Battery for SRAM
Related to the PM controllers: PM-2/3, PM-4/5 and PM-7/7E

4.2 Preventive Maintenance (SRAM IC3)
When the battery life expires (check date specified on label in rear of PM control), the SRAM memory and the power-fail
battery pack need to be exchanged.
