Engine oil
On vehicles with engine oil level check 3,
the engine oil level is m onitored
automatically 3 67. We recommend that
you che ck the engine oil le ve l before
starting a long journey.
Check with the v eh icle on a level surface .
The engine must be at operating
temperature and switched off for a t least
5minutes.
Pull out the dipstick, wipe it clean, insert it
to the stop on the handle, pull out and read
the engine oil le ve l.
Push in the oil dipstick up to the stop on the
handle and give it half a turn.
Different dipsticks are used d epend ing on
engine variant.
W hen the engine oil leve l h as dropped to
the MIN mark, top up engine oil.
Caution
Important: It is the owner’s resp onsibility
to maintain the correct level of an
appropriate quality oil in the engine.
Caution
Do not allow the engine oil to drop
below the minimum level.
